Terms of Service:
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. There will be no refunds given after 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order after 24 hours, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
All orders are shipped 3-Day Priority. They are insured up to $50 and come with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provide.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness. Please notify JAMhoops Limited as soon as any loss or damage is discovered. Please provide a complete description of all lost or damaged items. If your package is lost or damaged, JAMhoops Limited will proceed to file a loss claim with the carrier. Should you need to contact us regarding a lost or damaged shipment, please email contactJAMhoops@gmail.com. If your product is damaged, the same product will replace it.
JAMhoops Limited automatically insures packages up to $50. This does NOT guarantee you a replacement immediately if a package has been confirmed lost or damaged. We will need to complete our claim with the carrier BEFORE replacing the package. You always have the option of placing the order again (if all items are in stock) to be shipped out immediately, but you will be responsible for the entire cost of the replacement. Once we have confirmation that we will be reimbursed for the lost package, we will refund you the same amount we are reimbursed by the carrier.
*We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. If you are concerned about the package arriving safely please choose UPS on checkout, and request in the comments box to have signature required as an option.
*We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided and missed delivery attempts to your address. If USPS attempts to deliver your package and the recipient is not available, thus causing the package to be returned to us, the recipient will be responsible for cost of the package to be shipped again to the correct address.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will accept a return and refund in full, if the hoop is:
-unused and stored in a clean, dry, room temperature environment
-in original condition, free of scratches, nics, and visible wear that comes from the hoop being dropped on concrete, etc.
-returned within one day of receiving.
If no error is made on our part, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied and shipping and handling WILL NOT be refunded. Returned orders must be IN PERFECT CONDITION to be eligible for a return outside of our error.
Once your package has been received:
-Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days.
-You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
-Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
-The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
