I’m Dominique Manfrede, friends call me Domo!
Hailing from the Hudson Valley in New York I love to explore & venture through the very diverse landscape of NY either it be the city or deep in the woods.
I’ve always been an active and flexible child taking tap, dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading growing up shaped me into who I am. Started my hoop journey back in 2015 and it opened life up to new possibilities. I combined all my experiences of different movements into my flow daily to make practice more exciting for myself. I love to share my creativity with the community getting feedback, inspiration and kind words from everyone always helps motivate me. Hooping has helped me become more comfortable with myself, and gain some self confidence.
